The Greenhouse has two founding partners, 1st Fetcham Scout Group and St Mary’s Church, and expects to work with other partners in time. If you are keen to be involved as a volunteer, partner organisation, financial supporter or in any other capacity, please contact us. And please do let us know any feedback and ideas you have for the project, also using the contact button below.
1st Fetcham Scout Group
1st Fetcham Scout Group are the original driving force of this project. They have over 200 members, including adult volunteers and uniformed leaders. The Group is made up of four sections of age groups of mixed genders: Beavers (age 6 to 8), Cubs (age 8 to 10.5), Scouts (age 10.5 to 14) and Explorer Scouts (age 14 to 18). The Scouts are working hard as part of The Greenhouse team to bring this project to fruition in 2022 and has raised substantial funds for the project in recent years.
Contact the 1st Fetcham Scout Group here.
You may donate to the Scouts here. Please reference The Greenhouse in the comments section if you wish your donation to be used for this project.
St Mary’s Church
St Mary’s is the parish church of Fetcham (established approximately 1,000 years ago!) with a church family of over 200 people (aged from 0 to 90+ years). A central part of St Mary’s vision is to love Fetcham. St Mary’s, together with other members of the Christian community in Fetcham, launched the LoveFetcham initiative in 2020 with an aim to show the community love in as many ways as possible to as many people as possible.
St Mary’s is a financial contributor to The Greenhouse project and is working hard on the planning for The Greenhouse, including the community services it offers.
You may donate to St Mary’s via their giving page here. Please reference The Greenhouse if you wish your donation to be used for this project.
We welcome discussion with local community organisations about partnership ideas relating to The Greenhouse. Please get in touch using the contact button below.
Volunteering and donating
We invite other potential partners, particularly those working to support young people, families and older people to get in touch with us to discuss how we might work together to meet the needs of these groups. Equally, if any individuals with contacts in such organisations would like to introduce us we would be most grateful.
If you are keen to be involved in The Greenhouse as a volunteer, support us financially or help in any other capacity, please contact us.
